Abhishek Jain, a Chartered Accountant and Economics graduate, brings over 22 years of experience, including nearly 19 years post-qualification. He trained with PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP and has worked with leading firms such as KPMG (BSR & Co), EY (S.R. Batliboi & Co), and PwC (Price Waterhouse & Co LLP), spending 18 years in tax. Until August 2024, he served as Senior Director in PwC’s Transfer Pricing practice and also completed a two-year international assignment with PwC US in New York.
Abhishek specializes in strategic tax advisory, financial structuring, and risk management, delivering tailored, high-quality solutions that blend technical depth with commercial insight. He has extensive experience advising multinational corporations on transfer pricing documentation, APAs, complex litigation, BEPS reviews, TP audits, dispute resolution, and IP structuring.
Recognized for his precision, professionalism, and client-centric approach, Abhishek helps businesses achieve compliance while strengthening financial outcomes. He is also well-versed in managing tax disputes across various forums and is a frequent speaker at international tax conferences.
Varsha Jain, a Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate, brings over a decade of post-qualification experience in audit, tax compliance, and financial advisory. As a partner for 15 years, she has supported non-corporates and MSMEs with tailored tax planning, compliance management, and financial structuring.
Her expertise covers statutory audits of listed and unlisted companies, tax audits, stock audits, limited reviews, and certification services. She also provides bookkeeping and incorporation support, helping clients streamline operations and strengthen compliance systems. She is known for delivering accurate, timely, and insight-driven financial reviews that help businesses improve internal controls.
With a hands-on, consultative approach, Varsha simplifies complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable strategies that enhance tax efficiency and financial outcomes.
